We were there last week on vacation. Chilis at home is normally a good place for us to go with our young children. That was not the case here. We actually went twice thinking the first time was just a fluke (anyone can have a bad day). While the food is standard menu, the service is HORRIBLE. Let me say on both occassions the place was not crowded. Our fajitas came out ice cold and had to be sent back. Orders for nachos were missed. And it all took very long.....almost 2 hours on the second visit. Avoid this place like the plague.

It took a good while to get our drinks which was not a big deal. Waited 45 minutes for the food to come out but 2 of our orders were wrong so we had to wait another 20 minutes for those entrees while everyone else in our party ate. The food tasted really good but the service was terrible. The waitress never offered any kind of discount or free drink for our trouble. That's all it would have taken to make us happy and to keep me from writing a negative review. We visited the restaurant on 9/19 at about 7pm.

I've visited this exact Chili's location at least once every year for over ten years. It's always got the same food every Chili's has, and it tastes the same, so you know what to expect if you've ever been to Chili's. The people are always friendly, however they are always understaffed. They try their best but as a server with ten tables of 4-8 people, you can't exactly be everywhere at once. Therefore, you're always waiting for something or wasting time. If they'd just hire a few more people this place would be much better.

I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service provided at my most recent trip to Chili's. I do not eat most meat (only some seafood) but really wanted to try the pick three mex combo. When I asked my server about my options concerning substitutions for the meat in eat dish, he quickly got the manager who built me a one-of-a-kind pick three combo. The food was incredible. Everything tasted great and came quickly after ordering. Great job! Can't think of a single complaint.

So going in i knew what to expect or so i thought. There was trash on the floor. .not a lot but still some trash. The waitress was there physically but nit mentally. She initially forgot our drinks. For the food it was lackluster at best. There was food much grease on everything. I tried to eat their bacon burger but had to pull the patty off and get the grease off of it. The fries were cold when we received them. Umm the appetizer was nit good either. We had the queso dip and it was bland. Overall this was a bad experience for us. Maybe it was just this Chili's.

Ate here on May 26, 2015. Excellent food, service and drinks! Hubby's Barbecue Buffalo Chicken salad was awesome. Chicken moist, tender. Salad tasty. My Carribbean shrimp salad was best I've had. Lots of grilled shrimp. Fresh ingredients. Fantastic margarita reminded me of Key West key lime pie. Good service. Friendly. Clean.

We ate here on vacation to use a free Chili's gift card. I had the steak & chicken combo with the lime rice & broccoli. Everything was so good. Perfect pico de gallo on the chicken...hubby wasn't quite as happy with them as I was. He was supposed to get mashed potatoes but they never brought it out...we told our server about it & he went to let the kitchen know....a few minutes later he came by & said "they still didn't bring it out?" He returned to the kitchen & a few minutes later, another person brought them. He also never got his water refilled, but my strawberry lemonade was. His food was good but he wasn't satisfied with his service. I was satisfied & well pleased with my experience. I LOVE the fact they offer a little pay at your table kiosk. Makes "check out" a lot quicker.

So I fell for the $2.99 margarita which was on special. Sadly I fell like a suicidal maniac. This cheap, super sweet, disgusting concoction,gave me a stomach ache. It was absolutely disgusting. I thought I was gonna go into a diabetic shock, super nasty, cursed be the bar tender that made such a thing. The baby back ribs were seasoned properly, but were tough and did not fall off the bones. The fries that came along with it were overloaded with salt. Almost had a heart attack. It was the worst Chilis I've been to in the states, sorry, this place sucks.

Short of telling you everything we ordered, there's not much more to say. Consistency is important, and they delivered. Would go back again if we were sticking around.

I really like chilli's but this one dissapoints every time we go to myrtle. I guess if you want a better burger you need to pay big bucks and hit hard rock. The whole place smells like a smoke stack. I realize it is a bar- but come on! Nothing makes me want to eat less than the thick puff of someone's tobacco sticks. I found the drink specials limited and the waitress mediocre at best.

Just a bad experience from start to finish. It's pretty bad when waitress does not know if the drinks were waters or iced teas? She told us all to try and taste? How about a straw or two in the teas and sodas. The service was also extremely slow. We went on a Thursday afternoon and restaurant was empty. We were in there for over an hour and a half for soups, salads and sandwiches. Food was ok.

Well it's not even a guilty pleasure, but saying it's just a regular pleasure sounds a bit odd. Anyhow, you definitely know what you are getting at any Chili's and they are good with their consistency. Portions are American-sized meaning large and you get a lot of food for your buck. It's not the same without Taura though...
